Region of Andalucia
The Costa Almeria has had some strategic investment made over the last few years and the infrastructure and amenities are much improved so interest in property investment is rising. It is one of the sunniest and warmest regions in Europe. The capital, also called Almeria is very bright so don’t forget the sunglasses! The province offers a variety of leisure activities such as trekking, mountain climbing, mountain biking, horse riding, watersports, caving and, of course, golf. It is also just one hour away from Granada.
The Costa Tropical – Granada, home of the Alhambra Palace, is a place where you can enjoy the sun and the sea in the summer and the Sierra Nevada skiing in the winter. Granada and the surrounding coastal villages are an excellent investment.
In the south of the country is the home of the lively Costa del Sol – Malaga where investments in property are to be made in the bustling and prosperous towns of Malaga and Marbella and surrounding villages.
Costa de la Luz – Cadiz is the new up and coming area of Spain. It is very interesting and less developed and offers a wilder Atlantic seascape.
