The Costa de Azahar – Castellon and the Costa Valencia – on the eastern coast of Spain are famous for rugged and quieter beaches.
It has the benefit of two airports – at Valencia and Reus. Valencia is a cultural city, easy to move around and has just undergone a multi-million Euro make-over for the 2007 Americas Cup. Watersports are all available here, golf too and there is an aerodrome at Pinar where you can learn to fly! The National Marine Park is available to visit as are several aqua parks.
Valencia is currently a property hotspot – prices across the region have risen as much as 35% pa in the most popular areas.
