SuCasaBella is very pleased to talk about your property needs and questions
over the telephone and by email free of charge.
Property consultancy and property pack
SuCasaBella provides property consultancy for clients whereby we meet
our clients and discuss their individual needs. We can review with
you our current portfolio properties in Europe. Our consultancy
rates are £95.00 for a one hour meeting.
Property finding
SuCasaBella can find the right property for you and to secure your chosen
property from our selection a fee of £295 is charged.
Property purchasing consultancy
If you have located a property but need help in completing the administration
and the purchase of the property we can offer this service to you at
mutually agreed rates.
Lettings advice
If you would like to rent your property out at certain times of the year or on
a full-time basis SuCasaBella can advise you on the process.
After sales service
After your property is completed, SuCasaBella will keep in touch with
clients to check that all is in order and provide any further assistance
if required.
Property investment talks
SuCasaBella provides talks on property investment and property finance for meetings
and events. Our standard Charge for a talk is £195.00.
